2 fall calving Shorthorn cows for sale

2 3 year old fall calvers for sale.  Photo 1 is a daughter of our Trump X Dazzle Fool 8105 bull from the Cates Ellie Mae cow family.  Photo 2 is a daughter of Stout's Rodeo Augustus bull out of a Boxer cow.  Both raised excellent calves last year, we are keeping the Stout cow's CF Primo bull calf to use on heifers.  Will calve in September to Oakview Big Jake 708TP x, a son of Trump X CF Equity Fool 88 x.  Big Jake has sired to most consistently good set of calves we've had in nearly 50 years with Shorthons.  His photo will be posted next.  After last winter, I decided I'm too old to fight fall calvers anymore!

Location Please

Located in central Iowa.  We travel to several sales in the surrounding states each fall, so could work out something if needed.  Photo of service sire is on 'more information on cows' thread.

Thanks for the inquiries.  These cows were sold some time ago, I just needed to cut the work load.  We'll be selling some excellent heifer calves in the Swing The Gate Sale, October 23, at Muscatine, and will offer additional heifer calves and a few cows in the Genetics On Line Sale in December at Cedar Rapids.  I'll post pictures as my schedule allows.  I posted photos of some of our spring calves several months ago.  The two bull calves in that group placed 2nd and 3rd at the Iowa State Fair in a couple of big, very competitive classes.  Some of the heifer calves we pictured earlier will be offered in the two sales mentioned above.  They have developed well.
