He is an Avaiator son out of our top donor, Cassie.

He is a Spring 08, and ready to go to work. He has been used successfully already, so we know his semen is good.

Call or email with questions.

Can I get some comments on this bull. I have had some interest, and obvioiusly seen him in person. However, I don't know why people are not all over him. I thought he was a stout offering, but I may be wrong. Honest opinions are cool, as you all are family.

Stu he looks great. We are loaded up already or I would be calling you. What I have seen of your cattle they are the same in person as they are in the pictures. Great length of body depth of rib and looks like he has a good set of testicles. I will definitely pass along the posting if I hear anyone looking. You may want to post opinions in the main forum and note he is for sale in the classified section. I also like his coloring. (thumbsup)

If your in need of bull with tons of muscle and very well balanced, you need to consider this bull! I drove 4.5 hours one way to look at Stu's cattle on Saturday and this picture doesn't do this bull justice!

The McFarland's have excellent cattle, and although I haven't seen this bull, if they didn't cut him, he's good.  We had a bull from them and he was awesome, but ran into trouble young and we only got a few calves out of him.  One of them was just Res. Grand Horned bull at Illinois State Fair.

We had a Gold Rush appendix heifer from them that calved this year and has one of our top calves.

We will certainly buy from them again, and I wish we had more cows so we could own another bull.

Hey Stuart!! That feller looks pretty good to me. I know he would improve a lot of herds both reg. and commercial. Most folks here in Wisc. I have found don't buy bulls except in breeding season. Hell, I've bought them when i didn't need them,if I thought i could use em....Good Luck! P.S. Did you ever flush to Crimson Tide? Any luck?

Yep. We have some Snowflower x Crimson Tide's in the tank. We would be willing to sell them, as we still own the cow and can make more. However, we are really high on the mating.

Not yet on calves out of that mating. They will not be put in until this fall.

T,

Sorry about not seeing your reply to this post. I have sent you a PM right now. This guy is a stud. We have hand mated him to a couple of our donors, so we know his semen is good. He needs to be out working, as there are not a ton of good shorthorn bulls out there. TH/PHA free.
