The calves look nice, but I do not know why you did not get them clipped instead of that editing job.  I do not know about anyone else, but I severely dislike digital editing when it comes to advertising cattle.

Actually since you are so smart those pictures are not digitally modified, that is exactly how the picture turned out, the only thing I did was crop it close to the calf for your
information, and at this point we chose not to clip the calf as he is still on the mamma and is not weaned, I took the picture my self so I really dont appreciate someone else telling
me how I modified my picture. If I wanted to modfy the picture I can guarantee you that he would look a whole lot different that he does.  So what you see is what you get.

Im sorry if I got a little upset but we pride ourselves on being honest, and that is why I have never posted a modified picture of a calf on this forum, I was sitting on the ground,
this includes the bulls we have posted, I have posted all groomed and prettied up calves here and frankly on this forum they get as much attention not clipped as they do
clipped.  Later on the web site we will feature a calf every week, those will be clipped, but also not modified.

I dont want to be rememberd as the one who caused a stir, but I can clearly tell the photos are edited.  I do not care that you are advertising them, as it does look just like a clip job.  However, as someone who is an avid photographer, and user of expensive Photoshop programs, I can tell they are photoshoped in parts.  It is like me saying my avitar photo is not photoshoped.  It clearly is.

I second that, those pics are of such bad quality they can't use them in the magazines.  They look like they were taken with a camcorder.  The calves are good and you can tell they have some quality.  Time will tell, it always does.

I  third that, on the first one you can see where he clicked each time to get rid of the hair, and on the second, he hit the stretch button and tried to stretch out the the legs, and then he also pulled out the whole rear to make it look bigger. Also why would they put in all that time on clipping them and not clip their head? also on the shorty calf it looks like the lower quarter was made bigger by reproducing a certain spot and then pasting it again (it has a technical term that I learned in a computer class but I am having a brain fart) How ever they do look good

I personally do not think that it matters whether or not these pictures were edited. Who cares? What I do have an opinion about however is that this board is supposed to be (and usually pretty good about) based on making everyone feel welcome and creating a safe place for those to get opinions and advice. This is obviously not a productive use of time or intelligence. If the pictures were obviously edited and you are smart enough to see it, then congrats to you and your skills, but leave it at that. There is no reason to call someone out and accuse them of falsifying something. She said they were not edited, now i was not holding Justamom's hand when she took the pictures so I do not know for a fact either way, but why don't we all just take her word for it.

Ok now I am not just upset Im offended, I have my own computer and I dont even have a picture editor other than the stick I put into the computer and I use paint to resize the pictures,
I really dont care of any of you believe me but I have been on this forum for along time and I have NEVER treated anyone like you all have just treated me, I am so totally offended by
your observations - Believe what you want but if any of you would like me to send you the damn stick from my camera Id gladly send it.  I never had any indication that some of you would
be so cruel to a person  that is totatlly dumb on alll this picture stuff, these are the unedited pictures we sent to show circuit, and by the way butholes They ARE NOT clipped they are in
my pasture here In Iowa just drive by and take a look, as they are NOT clipped. I am hurt.  You may judge my family but unless you personally know me I do not deserve what you are handing out.

i dont think there was any personal attack, just observations from trained eyes, maybe your camera does suck and makes them look edited but everybodys opinion is no reason to get up set and cry about, its no big deal
