Try Sharon Christopherson. She is from Morrisonville, IL. It is a family business, but I will guarantee she makes wonderful halters (both for yearling size cattle and little weanlings). Variety of colors. No pokey thing either (unlike Sullivans). I think she can customize the size if you just give her measurements.
The last time I ordered them the calf halters were $1.75 plus shipping.

She is a great lady to do business with!! Show Heifer posted about this a while back and she did make some nice halters. My only complaint was they weren't long enough to my liking, but again I didn't specify that. I think she can make any colors.
