Seeking cosigners for our 1st Auction on Steer Planet.  The goal is to have monthly auctions.

If you are interested in cosigning cattle, semen, or embryos, please contact me via pm, email, or a call.

This 1st auction will be fee free as we work out all the kinks.  I only have limited room on a first come, first serve basis.  More info can be found at www.steerplanet.net

Thanks for the overwhelming response.  I will be gone from Saturday until Wed. and we will start hashing out the details when I get back.  If I don't get a hold of you today, I will when I return next Thursday/Friday.

Thanks
Jason

Can't answer all responses to pm/email right now.  I will be still working out the details until end of next week, but here is some baseline info after talking to a few people.

Ideally looking for 3 to 4 sellers, with 5 to 7 lots a piece.  I would like to limit this auction to semen, semen equipment, and possibly embryos.

Since the first auction is this Wednesday, when will the lots being sold be listed? Thanks!!! Should be a neat auction! :)

The date is wrong on first sale, I am working on those details here shortly.  I had plenty of people contact me, won't be able to use everyone for this first sale.  I will be getting in touch with everyone in the next couple days.  Post any questions that you might have in this thread.

We would like more info on the auctions you are talking about, sounds like a good idea.  Also, would like to know if we could have a base price?

Jason looks good.

Little freeky asking for credit cards on a fake auction.  Was tempted to bid $1,000,000 but thought it might mess up others.  Have fun with this it!

I was the first one to bid on one of the items and I bid 30 and the price when straight to 30. Is there any what that that can be changed Jason? Like on ebay you can enter your max bid and ebay will bid for you up to your max. some people might not be able to be at their computers when the auction ends and would like to be able to put in their max bids but not have to go that high if it is not needed. Just a suggestion.

I just bid on the other item and was able to put in a maximum price.  You have to use the column to the far right that says "Your maximum."

The only reason for credit cards is for verification that you are 18 and to verify you as a legit bidder.

I might make it optional, but you will have to fax or scan a copy of your drivers license.

Also to follow-up, it should work as a proxy system.

Like the format- I just don't like the "reserve met or this item has a reserve"- I bet 90% of items that go through a sale have a reserve and I don't think it's anyone else's business what the reserve was or that it has been met.  It'll either sell or it won't.
