I have several steers for sale.

The first is a 3/4 blood Simmental.  He is a Dream On son out of a 1/2 blood Simmental Cow (Three Trees Prime Cut x Nichols Black Destiny).  I do have percentage papers on him.  He was born in late April.  I am asking $1100 for him.

The second calf is a purebred Simmental.  He is out of a Dream On son x a Mr. Momentum Cow.  He does have purebred papers.  He was born in late March.  I am asking $900 for him.

The third calf is a Simmental x Angus cross.  He is a Rito 6I6 son out of a GW Lucky One Cow.  I do not have any papers on him.  He was born in late February.  I am asking $900 for him.

I apologize for the quality of the pictures of the last two calves.  If you need additional pictures let me know and I can work on getting some taken.

I am located in SW Illinois about 20 miles south of St. Louis.  Please PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks for the nice comments.  The 5/8th blades followed by the T-84 really helped me out.  I definitely have to keep practicing, but I am somewhat happy with their heads and necks.

Thanks again.

Self marketing bump.

I still have these three plus one other.  I do have some kids stopping by this week to look, but I really would like them to go to someone who is going to show them all a few times.  I would prefer not to send them to the sale barn.

Thanks for looking.

Still learning:

Your title stands so true for all of us. I'm 40 and learn everyday. If you really want to get the ball rolling price them to sell to those kids coming this weekend.  They will not get shown if you send them to the sale barn. Let them go at around $600 or so. You will still make money and a kid gets a calf. I've sold them for market price and I did not drive to the sale barn that is a profit in reality. I realize it is not my place to tell anyone how or how much to sell there cattle for, but I will offer options to get them sold. The simmi is a nice steer but he would sell faster at a lower price and he will get shown by some very happy kid.
