Breeding

I am new to breeding to club calve bulls. I have a couple of cows that are pretty good producers and raise really nice calves but they just aren't the clubby type. This year I was lucky and got a purebred shorthorn bull calf and he is more clubby than my others he just is not what I am hoping for. What bulls do you think would pair best with A shorthorn cow, a saler x Angus, a Charolais, a shorthorn x Charolais, and an Angus x shorthorn?
