Here are some more pics of the hereford.  He is very green and only a May 7th baby.  No creep feed, and just weaned within the last three days.  Dog gentle and super sound.  Just needs grain.  I am working on a video of both calves and will post as soon as I can get it.  Also he doesn't generally stand that way, he was not happy with everything that has gone on in his life the last 3 days and when I tried to picture him he wouldn't cooperate.   Thanks for looking.

Thank you, I really don't remember what the sire on the dam was right now I just remember she was a sumit female.   I have to pull registration papers, but I will check and let you know.  MY guess is probably a son.  His mom was extremely moderate framed and built like a brick.  Not the typical framey hereford.  I have included pics of the herefords mother and sister.  The mother was Champion Junior hereford in 2007 at the Arizona Nationals and supreme female at many jackpot shows in AZ and his sister was 1st in a very competitive class of 15 hd and stood 3rd overall in her division at Az Nationals this past year.  The 1st pic is his mother and the last 2 are his sister

I sent you a PM>  Thanks for the interest.  The Ali calf has great hair super thick and long.  What you see in the pic was the 1st time ever clipped and blown.  His hair has not been trained.  He got pulled in from the weaning pen and put on the wash rack.  What you see is what you got.  I wish they all had great hair like that.  His leg hair was about 3 inches long and we are about 90 degree days here with no cooler or daily rinsing and just came off a very hot summer, he should be a hairy beast.  Let me know if you have any more questions.  Thanks again
