I can't remember all the percentages on the color this mating could've made but the calf is here and she is a red roan. She would pass for a purebred. I'll try to get pics soon. She is tiny and was calved out by a heifer unassisted.

The Rocky Balboa should be named Lucky b/c she came backwards. When we got to her there was one foot sticking out and the other was folded back so she wasn't coming on her own. Luckily we got there in time to get her on the ground safely. She's pretty nice, thick,  has a lot of hair, and came in under 80 lbs. I thought all along this heifer was bred to JPJ. I put the straw of RB in her when all the heifers she was penned with were acting like they were in heat but I really thought she was already bred and one of the others was in heat. Needless to say I was surprised when the Blue Roan come poping out. Huh? I'll try to get some pics when all my first round of AI and ET calves are born.
