The Big Show / Denver club calf weekend-weather
« on: January 06, 2011, 09:36:00 AM »
The weather  looks unreal for club calf weekend.  55 degrees daytime, 25 at nite.  Have had bulls out there before getting that sun bouncing off the display banners that have actually gotten hot.   Should be alot of fun.  RSC has said something about him holding a planet get together.

The Big Show / A & M vs Nebraska
« on: November 21, 2010, 09:53:34 AM »
Everybody talking about the officiating.  Theres a video, probably on youtube by now, of an A&M player basically sexually assualting Ben Cotton for 8 seconds on the fumble recovery which led to ben cotton kicking his leg, resulting in a 30 yard penaly. The AM player was not even involved in the struggle for the ball.  Another blown.  Would the interference flag been picked up had  the tables been turned playing down there and nu leaving the big 12.  My bet is no.  This would have resulted in nu first and goal.  Third, on am last scoring drive.  the late hit call was the worst of the game and should be debated by the big 12 commission on these officials.  By no means was that a late hit .  Shoulder pad to body, am quarterback could have possibly even pulled the ball back down.  Resulted in the go ahead field goal.  Turn these last 2 calls around and nu probably wins 10 6  or at the least overtime.  I hope AM fans are proud of the player burying his hand in the top of Ben Cotton's leg.
However, NU should be able to beat the refs and A&M.  A&M is not that good.  Offensive coordinater shawn watson needs rode out of town on a horse.  the only glory he has had on his side of the ball in three years is what Taylor Martinez gave him for 5 games when he was healty.  All that talent and it's built around one man.  Bo Pelini's survivalbility will depend upon his firing.
Now for Bo, his survivalbility should depend upon whether he agrees to anger management classes.  The husker nation should be embarrassed for the show he put on with his anger.  What about the way he treated T Martinez on the national stage.  What did this show do to recruiting.  Yeah the refs are gonna miss calls, there even gonna be bad, which these may have been, maybe even dirty.  But you can't behave that way.  These are all human beings Bo is yelling at.  These are academic student athletes  He's lost touch and is an embarrassment to the husker nation.  I can't even stand to watch his show.  He's not a husker.  We deserve better.  Class and dignity come before a great defensive mind.  Btw, this is coming from a husker loyal..

The Big Show / pour on shedding hair
« on: November 03, 2010, 03:50:50 PM »
Any thoughts on a wormer and lice control not to cause shedding. Have used pour on ivomec and had calves shed.  Realize there is injectable but that gives no lice control.  Am I correct?  Thanks

www.foxnews.com.   Murder on the border..     My wife knew this family from travels with beef board, national cattlewomen, national beef cookoff..  What a deal.  They say obama is on a roll with health care passing, the treaty with russia, maybe he better try his hand at securing the border.   Oh i forgot, he wouldn't be handing anything out to the minorities.

The Big Show / Angus defects
« on: February 08, 2010, 12:44:22 PM »
In flopping open a few angus bull sale catalogs i'm surprised to see some sales have 20 per cent carrying defects.  i figured the angus people would put a knife to any carrier quicker than other breeds.   I guess it seems to me the females out of these carriers out in these large commercial herds are going to get lost in the herd.  Most commercial cow calf guys aren't gonna know whether that heifer calf is out of carriers or not if there buying these bulls.  I guess you have to blame it on the buyers for being naive as well.   One sale had carriers bringing 3,000 regularly.   Any thoughts.

Have two rooms available for this thursday, friday, and saturday nights,   pm me with your name, number and what state your from,
