Selling semen on our bull Heat Advisory he is TH & PHA free and was born 70 pounds unassisted. He is sired by our former herd sire K&A Maverick/Chill Factor and out of a Heatwave/Picasso cow. Severall calves on the ground out of him, all of them were born unassisted with lots of vigor, what more could you want. The heifers have lots of eye appeal and soundness, the bull calves are very stout made and thick. All the calves are very hairy. Selling the semen $15 dollars a straw, with a price like that and him being free of everything and usable on anything. Would also consider offers to sell him. Videos posted are of Heat throughout his life.

Half brother to the first steer posted, sired by Alias. Was many time class winner and division champ. Top 5 in rate of gain at county fair gaining over 3lbs a day.

MaineTainer hfr, K&A Maverick/Chill Factor X Heatwave/Picasso born Mid April. Heifer is a little green but has tremendous hair and a very cool look. Her genetics are proven her full brother won his division at the Iowa State Fair FFA Show as a yearling bull and he is TH & PHA free. She more than likely is clean too. Posted are videos of her, her brother at 10 months, and her sire at 5 years. I plan on getting an updated picture and video of her this weekend. Asking $1500 or best offer. Located in Blakesburg, IA. This heifer has an outstanding bloodline, right nows she is a little green but will be one solid heifer and an even better cow in the future. Her dam was purchased out of Sandeen's bred heifer sale this winter and they produce nothing but high powered genetics. This heifer is without a doubt the best disposition heifer I have ever seen she broke out within three days, she has been shown before as a feeder calf and is show ready, would be a great project for a young kid located in Blakesburg, IA priced to sell $1500 or best offer.
