I was wondering if there is a way to see how a certain visitor to your site got there. I can see where the visitors come from(origin) and how the visitors got there (ex. referred from steerplanet) but don't see how to match visitor A with the how they got their. Make sense?

I don't think you can if I am following you correct.  You want to know how a person from Des Moines IA got referred to your site, correct?

Yes. for instance I had a visitor from the phillipines who then sent his resume and another visitor from Russia. Usually the european visitors come via the Irish Angus site but on that day there were no referrals from irishangus.ie.
