I know alot of ways to condition the skin on cattle.  What works well for show pigs to get rid of dandruff and flakey skin?  Thanks in advance.

A equal mixture of mineral oil and vinegar.  Spray on everyday and rub/brush in.

I feed 2 eggs a day, 1 with each feeding, it will do wonders with their hair and skin, I also take some lotion for people, and put some in a spray bottle and dilute it with water.  I find it cheaper than revive, and just as good.  I know my profile is buckeye beef, but I have also shown pigs, and been very competitive with them at state fair.

One egg a day is great. All you need is cheap suave hair conditioner. Brush on once a day. We use Sullivans Revive and Sudden impact. Also use Weavers swine conditioner and Pro pink at the shows. Condition first then pro pink right before you show.

Vasaline all over the body lightly once a day. Protects and conditions skin. Works great and skin and hair holds shine for a long time! Not to mention, they stay cleaner.

Check show rules. If this is a local fair pig make sure they don't have any rule against using oils/conditioners. If you win and they pull hair you may get in trouble. At our county fair it is I believe a 3 or 5 year ban from showing.

You can use a lot of things I like to use weaver swine condition and shine before I bath them and weaver swine conditioning spray afterwards it works wonders. You can also use any lotion I use Vaseline Cocoa Butter body lotion. I've seen people use Pro Pink but haven't tried it myself if you treat the skin with the swine condition and shine be sure you will have time to wash it out it's really greasy.
