Hello,
Just wondering what your thoughts are on this blue roan heifer calf. Her sire is Daines Sir Dr. Suess (Maine) and her dam is Alta Cedar Lorna (shorthorn) out of Saskvalley Primo.
Open to comments, Thanks

Real nice calf. How old and what was her birth weight? Super sound, clean fronted, correct, and docile. I love the lower muscling in her leg. Will make a good show heifer especially if her rib drops down. Good luck!

How old is she? Looks to have alot of grow-and daylight under her-Being out of a Canadian Cow I would assume she"LL body down-sure is correct and fluid. O0

She's a mid February calf. She's just been out on pasture and momma's milk, we don't start the girls on grain until winter comes. Both her sire and dam are deep bodied, so I'm expecting her to be as well. Thanks for the comments.

Beef Show: She has an awesome disposition. She'd make a great project for a young 4-H'er. This was only the second time ever having a halter on. I wish they all halter broke this well!

Romax: Dr. Suess semen is available, call me at 403-505-5081 for more information. We've used him on commercial angus cows with alot of sucess. The calves come out with lots of hair and real stout. I really appreciate this bull for his ability to sire both club calves and functional females. We've also sold several son's that have been used on black angus herds.
