Shorthorn ArSULu Legacy back on a cow that goes back to Green Ridge Mary and Impact Shaker.  Let me know what you think.  I need to turn at least one out.  My feed bill is getting a little to high.  Plus I have two really nice August calves that need to find another home or be in the barn.

Mark we bought a couple shaker daughters from Mike in the mid to late 1990's and bought some semen from Shirley after Mike passed.  Then we bought an Impact Shaker son that we used for about 8 years then sold to another breeder who used him for 2 or 3 years.  Almost all of my cows go back to the impact shaker bull.  He did a great job for us and his daughters and grand daughters really make nice cows.  I still have 10 straws of semen from Impact Shaker.  I have been saving it but should probably go ahead and use it.  Mike was a great guy that was ahead of the curve when it came to breeding Shorthorns.

2nd heifer for me....  how about the bull?
That heifer is better than her picture.  She is not really strait and is better through her front end than the picture.  She won her class last summer at the Junior Nationals and has won a couple jackpots.
The bull is still out breeding cows.  He was turned out at 12 months with 10 cows then moved to 12 cows this fall and this being the worst summer we have ever had.  He does not look picture worthy so I have not taken any.  I will try and get a couple this weekend.
