A good year

Hey guys just finished up with our last show last night from last years calf sales ( first year selling) this year not counting the ones we showed we had a second place angus heifer, 2 2nd place orb heifers in houston then we had the champion overall steer in walker county fair last night, and 3 sale holes in the majors with steers but nothing as fun, exciting, and as memorable as helping the young man last night win his first overall champion honors! thats out or 8 calves sold so having 7 recognizable spots in these shows i am very pleased! Hope everyone has a great day and lets hear how some of the other programs did this year. I know this isnt extremely impressive to some but for my first year helping families i will definately take it! Best of luck this year.

At our state fair last year we had two class winning heifers, a reserve division winner, and reserve grand Horned Shorthorn bull with a bull we raised. He sells this weekend, and he looks amazing.  Sounds like you had a fantastic season, you sure can't ask for a lot more!

We had the State Champion Angus Steer, both my sons were in the top ten in State Showmanship, and we won our county steer & heifer shows.

Congrats! We done all right our own selves! A Division champion Angus female @ Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Reserve Grand champion @ San Angelo. and Reserve Champion Angus @ Houston. Also, 7 major class champions, 6 second places, and 7 3rd places. That is competing well with the best. Thanks to our many great feeders!
We also had champion British Steer @ Brazos county, and Comal county last year. 4 steers in various sales this year.

Very impressive year for some of you , still plan on talking to you soon DC......

Cowboy i think yall should have had reserve at brazos county just the wrong color for shack and freddy im waiting we have until April 17 until her next cycle to stick her.
