What is the best method to add depth and body to a steer? Beet pulp, Showrite Stretch, etc.?

i have had good luck by adding cotton seed huls    i am going about double the rate of the normal that is in my feed

It's cheap, and you (more than likely) already have it.

Thank you! Here's a picture from today, not the best because he's wet down and standing in an awkward position but any constructive criticism would be appreciated.

Actually beet pulp is great for filling the flank. That's why it is almost always in show feeds. The flank is really the only thing you can "feed on". Depth and rib is pretty much 100% genetic.
