Agribition Shorthorn Sale results?

Seems like there was a Waco heifer that caught my eye  -  anyone hear what she sold for?

There is a report in the post about the agribition that Okotoks put in.

Here are the results from DLMS. The Waco heifer was Lot 9 and she sold for $6000 and stood 2nd in class.

I watched the sale online and thought she looked really nice. Some nice calves offered, but she was easily my pick of the sale.

It was a very strong sale of breeding animals. Lots and lots of new buyers who were wanting Shorthorn genetics for their commercial and purebred herds. It may have been the biggest crowd I have ever seen at this sale, which suggests to me that this Shorthorn thing is getting the attention of lots of cattle producers. I don't think I have ever been to a show before where I had so many commercial producers stop by our stall and want to talk about Shorthorns. Congratulations to everyone who consigned and bought in this sale.
