AI Question?

Have a heifer gave lutalyse to this evening to try to bring into heat. Went out to check on some others and Apparently she was coming in already probably be standing by morning. She was not showing any signs at time of injection. So question? Will it be safe to AI her anyway. It will be around 24 hrs at time of AI since Lutalyse shot was given. Or should i wait. Thanks for any input.

Breed her you will be fine.

She was going to be in heat within a day or so without the lut, breed on just like you would without the shot.

Lutalyse has no affect on cattle in the last few days of their estrous cycle. The worst thing about that situation is that you wasted a few bucks on a shot, but that's it.
