In my cooler room I have 2 window ac units running and a turbo fan. Is this enough fresh air movement?

I believe that it is "enough" AIR movement, but I don't know if any of it is fresh air?
In my opinion (and it is just my opinion) you just kind of have to go with whatever you feel good about. Temperature and dark combined with rinsing and brushing is what is going to make it happen.
My friends make fun of us and say I am "old school", but this is what we do (not that it is right)
Cooler is at ABOUT 45 degrees.
One Turbo fan per calf, set up behind them. The fans are only about 18" behind them, so they are blowing hard on them. We tie the calves up for about 90 minutes every morning and have the fans blow slightly down so when we are brushing and blowing and combing, the fans are really working the butt, quarter, and back leg hair. Every time they stand up, the fans immediately blow their hair forward. When we walk in the cooler at night, sometimes they look like they were just blown out...even if they haven't been touched in 5 hours.
If we had 4 hours a day to spend on them, it would be easy. We have to improvise and do the best we can.
If they have hair, we look like hard working dedicated magicians with all the answers. If it doesn't, we lack dedication and work ethic.
Move as much air with as much velocity as you can...that is my opinion.

We live in CO so we have little humidity to deal with, so we use a swamp cooler (it is cheap and easy to run) and a large fan blowing on the calves. We also make sure the room is dark. I am sure it could be better, but it is pretty cool in that room and we always seem to have a decent amount of hair. Not Stock Show hair, but county fair hair. If I walk in that barn and the cooler is just on without the big fan it makes a huge difference in the temperature. Air movement is big. I would say the bigger the fan the better. I know a box fan wouldn't cut it for us.
