Angus Junior Shows

Is it true that at Angus Junior shows that you can't use anything in an aerosol can, like paint or adhesive?

Hanna you can't use paint on a calf anywhere at a Junior Angus show.  At junior nationals and other shows they white rag the cattle going into the make up area and dismiss anything that shows coloring.  You can however use adhesive and pink oil etc in aerosol cans but you can't use them in the make up area( usually the area where the classes line up to go into the show ring).  You are able to use oil in a spray bottle in the make up area such as Sullivans Final Accent.
