What other types of things do graphic design people in the livestock industry make other than sale and promotions ads? I have an interest in getting into this field business after college and just wondered what other kinds of things they do.

Websites, logo/brand creation, business cards, banners, etc.

If have a strong interest, purchasing an adobe collection would be a good start.  You can download a free trial and should be able to get a student discount on the purchase.
