i saw that too.
don't think this isn't the beginning of licensed baby making. eugenics will come again, and it WILL be the democratic party. they did it in the early 1900's and they will do it again.
the journal of social biology or population biology, i can't remember, was formerly called eugenics. it was changed when all the "leading" thinkers got labeled a little to their disliking.
look it up. you will be suprised who was involved with eugenics. conveniently, some listings on the internet list people like teddy roosevelt and skip the references to the progressive movement.
then hitler came along, and eugenics was killed till the 21'st century.

It meant to him "truly- or well-born," and referred to a plan to encourage the "best people" in society to have more children (positive eugenics) and to discourage or prevent the "worst elements" of society from having many, if any, children (negative eugenics). Eugenics became solidified into a movement in various countries throughout the world in the first three decades of the 20th century, but nowhere more solidly than in the United States and, after World War I, in Germany. In most cases, although not all (France and some Latin American countries were notable exceptions), eugenicists' views were based on the theory of heredity first published by Gregor Mendel in 1866, but not fully appreciated until after 1900.
this quote doesn't mean mendel was a eugenicist, only that they used his work as a basis for their elitism, something that is popular today.
