Any Body Feeding Purina Precon with Fitter Edge??

I have heard some are feeding precon with fitters edge and was wondering how much of each to feed. If you would like to post or send a pm that would be great! Thanks

I really like this combo for getting calves going, they eat the precon like candy, we just fed a 3-1 mix of fitters edge to precon until they started to get up and go.

We use precon both straight and in combo with our mixed ration.  Purina changed the precon/receiving chow to now include Zinpro and they are calling it as Precon Complete.  The old formulation of precon/receiving chow is now gone (perhaps to be brought back like "Classic Coke").  If you like the old precon/receiving chow formulation, you will have to hunt for a dealer with some in stock.  I found a ton at my dealer and bought it.  I will let someone else test out the new stuff.

The Precon formula is the same with just Zinpro added, which is a mineral. I will be getting the new stuff in a week or so and Ill let you know if I see a difference. I fed about half to half and love the stuff. They get on feed fast.
