I was thinking Capiche maternal grandsire had like a 66# bwt or so. Would be interested in his reports also.

Had one this morning out of a heifer. 120# HARD pull, bull. Locked up at hips. Calf is doing good for what it went through. Heifer hasn't licked it yet. We tied her up and got the calf to nurse twice already. She wants to knock it down when it's standing. She's plenty sore. Should I leave her alone with calf, or keep it sepertate?

Capiche has at least four shots of Rodeo Drive back in his pedigree. I like the bull but big birthweights wouldn't suprise me. For sure wouldn't use him on my heifers. Mine will get bred to Captain Obvious then cleaned up with a bull from Rob Sneed.

Use Above and Beyond from ABS. He is proven. No unproven bull can be called calving ease.
