Badger Kickoff Classic-Wisconsin

Just curious how many folks were going to venture to West Allis for the Badger Kickoff Classic.  Just looked at the radar for West Allis & of course it is suppose to snow those days.  Bad weather is a tradition for that show   

How can they tell its going to snow 2 weeks out ?

15 day extended forecast on accuweather.  Still plenty of time to change.....but that site is usually pretty accurate. 

Don't seem to bother most folks,however much it might snow. 2 years ago they got 16 inches 3 days before and they still had over 700 head.

The weather at badger always seems to be bad, I think it kinda comes with the show.

i think for the last 3 4 years it has snowed all weekend. Ill be heading there. only a 45 min drive so thats better

Yep, always going no matter what. Time to get the new calves out and see what they can do. Everybody has hair to play with that time of year. It is also about the best you can ask for on facilities for a winter show. I have to get 10 head clipped this weekend for it. Never really was a die hard dieer hunter here in Wisconsin but especially not since there is Badger to get ready for. Try to take it easy on the staff because they have a lot to deal with and sometimes State Fair Park is a pain in the but to deal with. Mr. Bolan does everything he can for the club but the higher ups don't seem to care. I might be a little biased since I just left the Saddle and Sirloin a couple of years ago.

Getting so used to real winter weather for BKOC that we may not now how to act if it would be nice out.  Need to get 4 head clipped this weekend and the 10w oil back in the generator for the cold.

we love this show and have always got along good there.  The S & S kids do an awesome job of putting this show on!  The facility is great for a winter show.  I think there will be about a dozen head  from our group caravanning down from Minnesota.  You get to see some of the best in the midwest that weekend.
