I'm wanting to go with a white faced simmental this year and was wondering who is regarded as the best? Both in a comercial and club calf setting.

A couple of bald faced Simmental bulls that are out there that interested me.  The first is Backlash.  He is a full brother to the old Whiplash bull.  Whiplash made some nice females the problem is the he was old before anyone started really using him.  He was just a ranch bull but put some productive blaze face heifers on the ground.  http://www.cattlevisions.com/Simmental/Backlash.php The rest of him is Maine from Cunia and angus.

The second bull that has me intrigued enough to breed to him is Flying B Cut Above aka Fat Butt.  He is out of Prime Cut and is a bit of an out cross to most of the other Simmental genetics of today.  No Meyer and no Dream On.  http://www.cattlevisions.com/Simmental/Flying%20B.php

When pickin any bull always be careful with matings. Climax is a great bull for throwing baldies. I know the res cow/calf pair in denver, the bull calf on the cow was out of climax and he is really stout. has a lil white on his belly and swish blaze on his face

Use sheriff taylor on a clubby blady cow, and you will get a baldie and some blkS

My favorite baldy bulls right now are Built Right, Steel Force, Mo Magic, SOS, and Maximus depending on the cow. The Foreman bull also intrigues me, but I haven't mustered up enough courage to use him yet.

What type of cows are you having the best results when breeding built right and rendition.

I couldn't figure out what "bally simmentals" were.  You mean Baldy, a white face animal!

I used Cut Above (fat butt) quite a bit and had great conception! Can't wait for those calves in the spring!!  I think he is the real deal!

SOS is also popular, but you have watch out, due to the fact he is not a purebred and if bred to certain cows, you won't be able to register the calves (I think that is what I was told!)

I saw Cut Above (fat butt) this spring at nichols and he was one of my favorite bulls there. I bought some straws and plan on using it maybe next year.

We went and saw him while we were at nationals in des Moines a few weeks ago. Very impressed, and we bought semen on him also. Not sure what we will use it on, but I have some good ideas. Can't wait to see some more babies out of him.

Haven't seen him but I saw a pen of 20-25 calves that I liked.  The fact that he is and outcross to Dream On and Meyer should make him of value to someone.
