I'm not too picky, I guess.  Like lots of other folks here, cold and free rank high on my list... I'm not generally too fond of dark beers, but I will drink a Shiner Bock once in awhile.  Most of the time if I'm buying it's Coors Light or Corona Light, or occasionally a Miller Chill.

I have sampled a few of the micro-brewery beers that I liked alright, but I couldn't tell you now what they were.

There is only one beer to my knowledge that comes in a purple 30 pack. That is beer thirty, the worst beer ever. That's why I carry nothing but busch light in my beer thirty box on Kansas State game day! GO CATS!!!!

just watch out around the stadium.  Last year at a tail gate I saw the cops confiscate a truck load of beer.  I am not exaggerating at all, a frat had the whole bed of a 1/2 ton truck full and the cops got it all.  I have never laughed so hard in my life.  Oh and GO CATS!!!!

No, JUCO's were what got our to where it is today, where winning is everything.  If you dont remember, most of our star players in the 90's were JUCO transfers.

Sorry to go back on topic, so GO CATS! from a fellow K-State'r.
My favorite splurge beer is Boulevard Wheat....can't beat it.
My everyday beer of choice is Miller Lite. After working only a few blocks away from it in Milwaukee and smelling it in the making, I have always liked it.

That Boulevard wheat beer is darn good. I also tried a boulevard"bully porter" tonight that is a dark beer that was very enjoyable. It had a different twang to it.

I saw an old replay of a Bud light commercial the other day. Two parachute jumpers in a ;lane with the open door and the student refuses to jump.....so the instructor throws out a six pack of bud light.....all of a sudden the only pilot on board jumps out the door after the bud light withoutr a parachute on! The camera pans to the jumpers looking to the front of the pilotless plane. It was hilarious. How about the old Dick Butkus Miller Light commercials with the easy opening cans in the 70's. Now that was priceless. I am having trouble remembering all the football players that appeared in these. ;D

High on my list of worst beers ever has gotta be Coors Light.  Jeeze that stuff tastes like water, but leaves me with a monster headache.

I was re-reading the post about Yardley's Conclusion bull and it got me to thinking about Galen Fink, the breeder of conclusion's maternal grand sire.  He owns either all or part of Little Apple Brewing in Manhattan, KS.  Good cattle and good beer, now that's a living.
