We are going to a show on sunday and we have to steers going. One is about 750 lbs and the other is probaly 600. How much beet pulp should we feed if we are feeding 8 quarts twice a day of a custom textered show feed?

Agree with the beet pulp. I wouldn't start them on it until they need a replacement for grain, like if you were holding their weightl.
Careful with the winning fill though, i love the product, but don't give them too much or they will get the shoots, not fun on show day, i know that from experience.

We feed dry beet pulp at shows all the time. You have to mix in their feed ration. I have never had one "cramp up?". If you want to fill it works great to hold water and mix about half to ful scoop with regular grain ration. now you can get them too full. let them drink before the show allow the beet pulp to swell. If the show is at noon then we feed them about half an hour before we start grooming. We give them water through the grooming process and let them tank up when we pull them out of the chute. You don't feed straight beet pulp you should mix it.
Towards the end of feeding our steers we have beet pulp in the ration if we need to slow one down.
