If I missed any, just let me know and I will put it on.
Think most bang for your buck!
Not everyone has a feed mill in there area. I know for certain I dont so some customers rely on feed from the manufacture. I know I feed ROWE feed and my friend is a dealer in Michigan and is the only one, so a lot of perople dot know about it up there so I thought this poll might help others looking for a different direction in their feeding program that buys manufactured feed instead of a home mixture.
each day the bottom 2 will be dropped

Just curious is ACCO feed and Showmaster the same?  If I have my history correct, ACCO was originally a seed company based in Belmond, IA by two men by the names of Anderson and Clayton.  ACCO was an acronym for Anderson Clayton COmpany.  They also owned, or bought Paymaster seeds based somewhere down south, maybe TX?  When Cargill bought ACCO, the entire seed division was switched to Paymaster brands.  Showmaster is Cargill show feeds up here in MN.  Is ACCO feeds connected at all?

ACCO started in TX, not Belmond...although that would be pretty col.

I have a Kalambach and a Purina dealer in my hometown. Both are good but I think Kalambach has more varieties of feed to use as your calf grows and develops.

I am really surprised to see Purina getting this many votes.

We have always had issues with inconsistency, and just not an overall bloom.

Been on Umbarger for 10 years now and won't ever switch. Best feed out there hands down for cattle.

If we are talking goats, a lot of people like show rite.

On the pig side of things, I always liked the Akey premixes, but it will be interesting to see where that goes now that Cargill has bought them out.

We have always used a custom mix and this year I tried purinas fitters edge. It did nothing for me. My calves did not grow. I switched back to my ration and they were gaining and growing within weeks. Will always stick with my ration now.

Just a question, if you haven't fed Purina or anything else except Umbarger in 10 years, how would you know if any other brands is inconsistent?

Perhaps 10 years ago Purina was, I don't think that's the case now.

I have had the same problem with purinia. They dont get the bloom id like. Purple bound is more of a southern iowa feed but it is damn good. Best smelling feed around. Calves love it and get great bloom off of it!

For those that have used showrite, which product are you using? We have been wanting to give it a try but wasnt sure of the results. I see that they have the cruiser accelerator and throttled up, and nutribase. Looking for any pros and cons on these showrite products. Thanks!
