Pretty "unfair" vote...Lautner has 3 times the number of bulls than the others combined.  (Figure of speech...might be 4 times!)

Heatwave ALONE will win my vote for Lautner's.

Judd Ranch always has a pretty good line up, and the cows are dang good as well.
Clubby deal?..win a couple of majors  and you are the man of the moment.

Griswold! If your going strictly clubby, remember that about 90% of all club calf bulls in the last 15 years go back to either Heat Seeker, Who Made Who, Heat Wave, or Monopoly and they are all owned by the same guy. I pretty much think that sums it up.

Lautner's have Heatwave, Monopoly, and now I-80 and I-67. Rodgers have Walks and BIM. Quality compared to numbers it's Rodgers' overall it's Lautner's. Goddard's Creature has sired some damn good calves this year,

Lautners also have Chopper Milkman Solid Gold Lifeline and Ali as well. Agreed some of those Creature calves are really cool. I am surprised I haven't seen more. Maybe next year we will!

Quality of quantity. Rodgers had my vote. In terms of the overall quality of each bull I prefer that. Having a ton of bulls every year and then only having 2-3 make it is not appealing to me.
Creature looks cool himself. I just like a bull with a good dam, the cow herself is hideous.
The next big thing is Man Among Boys no doubt.
Solid gold is actually horns bull, I hate when bull promoters clone other peoples bulls. Lautner cloned MAB too.
Just my opinion. Well aware it won't be agreed with by most and I understand that. That's fine

Wouldn't it be kind of crazy not to sell the cloning rights to anybody interested in them if you owned them. I guess I think it will be a good deal for both buyer and seller with this transaction. That IMO makes it the best kind of deal.

I don't think that they should clone a bull that is Rodgers, that's kind of saying that Rodgers are better because they have something Lautners want.

My opinion would be that Otto's were smart to hold onto the cloning rights and sell when there was demand for it, but that is JMO.

Tim Ohlde has a pretty good set in my mind.  I like Griswold's, Rodgers' and Lautners lineups as well.

It's kinda hard to limit the "best" lineup to the clubby guys.
When u look at each breed and compare national champions it gets interesting.
In no particular order I like...
Angus- griswold, express ranches, SAV
Maine- buck, BPF, griswold, GVC
SIMM- griswold, Hudson pines
Shorthorn/horn+ - Sullivan, FSF
Clubbie- horn, Rodgers, Trauch

To me lautners are bringing the same thing every year. Nothing new genetically. Half of the bulls they bring out every year shoulda been cut. But that's jmo.

I don't think you can truly have Sullivan's in the best shorthorn line up because of the non availability to any one breeder. Just my opinion.

Who is going to be the best in Denver?
I said it on here before and I will again. Trausch's have an Eye Candy son that is one of the most impressive calves I've ever seen. He was raised by John Sullivan , his dam is a Who Made Who/Sugar Ray.  I wasn't the only one impressed by him either...I havn't seen any of Lautner's or Rodger's, but he will be tough to top.
