I really have no regrets as I have never worked for anyone but myself ( and/or my father) other than working a few sales when I was younger. Of course, if I was do it all over again, I might change how I did a few things, but life is too short to regret things in the past. If I were to do it all over, I probably wouldn't have given 30 straws of Cunia to a young neighbour, at no charge, only to have him go broke a couple of years later. I probably would have been a " little cooler" when I got to ride in the back seat of a limo... with Tina Turner for a few miles. ( Long story.... I sat there and sweat a lot !!) There are a few more......

I know this may sound corny, but, I do not regret anything. I use to and til I almost met my maker. After I was given a second chance at life, this is the way I look at it. Coulda shoulda woulda ...you can't change it but learn from it. If you didn't learn from or perceived mistake then it is regret. But now you know. JMO

EXACTLY!!! I believe that everything that happens not only happens for a reason, but you should be able to get something out of it.  If you do something really stupid like puking on a police mans shoes you wont eat there again, or drink that much before you go for a trip.  ;)  It really pisses some people off when something bad happens and I can turn it right around and make a positive from it.

ABSOLUTELY!  I regret not grabbing more people by the shoulders and shaking them....telling them to loosen up and live already.  Every minute you spend unhappy, and mopey and down....are minutes lost that you could have been grateful, extatic, and smiley!!  ;D.
I am just a youngin, but I have gone through a lot for my age.  I have some close friends, who every time I try to cheer up, I get a smart remark from.  Such as "life is not all sunshine and roses", blah blah blah.  I know life is not all sunshine and roses, but I just try to help them through their times by sharing comparable stories and reasurring them that they are great people and they will absolutely pull through.  Maybe one day though, when their life straightens out, they will thank me with something I never expected.  After all...all I really want is their friendship back!

Not spending more time toe-to-toe lookin' my earthly father in the eye and sayin', thank you!

Not spendin' more time on my knees, head bowed, tellin' my Heavenly Father, thank you!

One I can do-over, one I can't!

Someone once told me you will not regret the things you do as much as the things you do not do.    I think I'm seeing that trend here.

I do not have many regrets because of some have said on here what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. We are sinful and un-perfect by nature, so therefore we are bound to make mistakes in our lives. It's how we deal with these mistakes that makes us who we are. I tell my judging kids everyday that you can't go back and fix things, take what you need to from it, listen with open ears and learn, then move on.

I've been truly blessed to have gotten dance with my great-grandmother on her 100th birthday and I still get to work side-by-side by my dad when I am home. He's been my best friend and biggest supporter throughout my life. So, I try and make it a point to tell him thank you and how much I have appreciated all that he's done for him every time I am home.

There is one thing that I would like to change although I don't know if it's a regret or not. My grandfather passed away when I was 3 years old, so the only thing I wish I could change would be having the opportunity to know him better.  I get to hear all of the stories from my dad and other relatives so that helps but it's still not the same.
