Has anyone had issues with the temperaments on BIM calves? I have one in our barn that's out of a sooner cow that just wont come around attitude wise. I like the calf structure and he added a boat load of hair but considering this is the only bad tempered calf this cow has had I want to see if he typically throws attitude or was this a fluke? any thoughts before I order/breed more cows to the bull.

I've seen a few rank ones out of him. I think the calves are some of the best I saw sell this fall but the temperament deal is an issue I think. Just be around the calves early and often when the are young .

I've only had 1 but the calf was a nut case. I never could get her tamed down. Would've been a beautiful show heifer but could never get her to quiet down. I've heard from other breeders that had some calves that were nuts and some they had no problems with disposition wise. We're tossing up whether to use him again or not. I don't want to base my decision on just one calf from one of my cows.
