We would love to have you over.  We are in East Central Nebraska about 1 1/2 hours West of Omaha or from Kansas straight up on HWY 81 about 1 hr North of the the Border.  We'll have a place for you to stay.  We aren't  large outfit but will sure have some cattle to look at and some fun viseting.

We had a bull calf I had been waiting for early this morning.  Hard Core X Whitney.  Got 2 love this time of the year.  Could be warmer though, 0 Degrees this morning with 20 below WC.

Maybe the night the kids have the dance we could take a road trip. The hubby & I went to DeRouchey's the year we were in SD. Very warm welcome there.

Red, I took the liberty of planning your road trip.LOL. KC to GC,Mo 120,1 mi.,GC,Mo. to Denison,Ia.,157.9 mi., Denison,Ia. to Shelby,Ne.= 147.5 miles, total large day trip = 425.5 miles,( one way). Advice, take RSC's offer of an over nite stay. Direct trip to RSC = 263 miles one way. I hope I get the time to come to KC a day or 2, but that's way to far out for me to plan. my guess without looking is that this will be over the weekend, which will probably make it impossible for me to come. Some folks grip about his soundness. If you used right, he can make soem great mommas. I have one WMW cow and I really like her. She has had a saleable calf every year. I have never had a problem selling her babies. I have made the mistake of selling her heifer calf a couple years ago. I am hoping for a heifer this year I like her so much.
What about Habanero Red on his shorties? Probably get some red one's.

I've used Habanero on several red cows. Have gotten both red & black ones from him. sort of a mixed bag. Have seen some red calves from black cows too.
I personally like Habanero & his sons.
