These are a couple of pictures of a Bodacious calf at 12 hours old.  110 lb birth weight. Dam is a total play granddaughter.  Just wanted share him with everyone thanks.

Looks like a really stout bull calf. Is he straight in he back legs? or is that just the picture?

That BW makes me nervous about the ones that I have due Feb. 15. Heifers due the same day have already started Yesterday

Thanks for the comments.  I am really happy with him usually one this big has trouble moving but he gets around great.  I think the straightness is just the way the picture was taken.  As for the birth weight the cow normally has a 95 lbs. calves.  The last few years she has been bred to Rocky Balboa.  This is the first calf we have had out of Bodacious and we have 2 more coming.  Thanks again and GOOD LUCK CALVING!!!

I have a BD steer on feed right now and I'm really happy with the way he is feeding out.  Very gentle as well.  Nice Calve, good luck with him.

Same here, ours is a heifer though. Congrats on the calf, best of luck with your others too!

I am currently showing a bodacious steer, bought from jt livestock. He's the hairiest and biggest boned steer I have ever shown, great temperament and hits his track every time. If your interested I can post a picture of him all fitted up.

I like him alot, although I may be bias, he weighed 918 at the show which was in december and was born in february. He is also a great eater.
