Cattle.com has a very detailed, and interesting piece on Bojo. I never knew the "real" story. What a mess that turned out to be. Bojo was creating a place in the business and then, all this crap happened. If anyone has anything factual to add to Jeff's post, let us know.

Sounds like you could call someones cell phone from those 2 websites and lease the bull.

Thats why his semen is so high cause Lautner is the only one selling it and a few ppl here and there have it but not very many........and his calves are good also is another reason but Im not sure if it would be as high if there wasnt all this legal stuff going on with it......

I think that I have asked this question B4, but are there any maternal half sibs or any full sibs to Bojo available to the public. IMO the dam of Bojo is accounting for allot of the good things that are coming out of Bojo.

Looks like Young isn't someone you want to deal with, if he is hiding the bull.

This is SAD state of affairs you can't trust anyone to do business with. If you don't like the contract get out of it the right way. Pay. I wouldn't do business with either one of the parties hiding bull and I would tell everyone I knew they were shady. You may not like some of the parties involved but a contract is a contract. Reminds me of another disappearing bull that was reanimated magically.

I agree with all these comments, I would not do business with any of those parties hiding the bull. I'm sure his semen would drop if Lautners could ever get him collected, without the semen it goes into supply and demand just as if he was dead, no wonder his semen is so high.

What a joke.  By the sounds of it the later deals sone to pay off debts and such weren't on a formal contract?  Just how I interpretted it.  Further more, who has DNA rights?  Holmes with possession rights, Young the seller, or Lautner the Collection/sales rights?  Looks like we won't see a clone, and like previously stated, what has the dam of Bojo done recently?  Anyone have a picture?

What really should have been happening is this-
Lautner collects and distributes wherever he chooses and whenever in conveniant with Holmes.  Since Young sold "possesion rights" to Holmes, I'm assuming he still had collection/distribution rights 'til he sold that to Lautner's?  Why was Young ever involved after he did not own or have any rights whatsoever to the bull?

The other thing that bothers me more is when someone has children. The children have no control of what their parents do and have to live with stigma of their parents actions. Its just not fair to the kids. And people wonder what's wrong with our society? Daddy does it so it must be okay. .......alright, I won't derail the thread.

Not saying that I know more than whoever wrote that blog, but there's always two sides (at least) to everything.  We still don't really know "the real story",  just a few pieces of it - not nearly enough to be passing judgement on anyone, IMHO.

I havn't seen anything backing up the people hiding the bull.................  if you were in the right... wouldn't you protect your name???

This whole situation is a lot more complicated than it appears.  I would not jump to conclusions even with a judgement being issued.  History proves that guilty people have been found innocent, and innocent people have been sent to death row, and money can buy some very good attorneys.  Anybody remember OJ?

The biggest wrong in all of this is a clear contract was not established outlining the terms of the agreement.

I also doubt "other sides" will come out in defense of themselves.... they are probably hiding w/ the bull.  Is this what our society is coming to??  It looks like the person hiding the bull owed money to the person he sold the semen rights to, to clear his debts.  I mean seriously, you already owe money then you pull this stunt????  I mean come on, don't you have any conscience aka integrity.... 

why aren't there clones already out?? Bojo already has proved himself to be top shelf material and I'm sure those of us who didn't get semen at $25 would now.

Cause nobody has self ownership and he his tied up in court they really cant do anything with him except collect semen and I am not even sure if they can do that!!!!
