Bought another Shorthorn Plus Heifer - Thoughts?

Well we couldn't resist and bought another heifer for my kids back in December, we already have one pureblood shorthorn sired by starburst and shorthorn plus sired by MAB (her dam is a Double stuff Cow) at home. This one was born early June. Sired by No Surprise and her Dam is a Pureblood Shorthorn. This picture below was taken after she was dehorned, sold in a sale, and after spending three days in a trailer. She is really putting it on right now (this post reminded me that I need to take a new picture of her). I am thinking we will be going to the Shorthorn National Show up at Grand Island Nebraska with our three shorthorn heifers. We have never gone to a Nationals show before but sounds like a good time.

She looks good!  Like her neck!  I thought you said black one was a MAB?

Sorry about the typo I guess I started thinking about our new heifer while typing about our other plus heifer. The shorthorn plus not pictured in original post was sired by MAB but her Dam is Double Stuff and is black with a little chrome.

We got her from Keegan Moonan (Stillwater OK) but it was raised by someone in Nebraska. I will know who the breeder was once I get her papers.
