Okay, so we are goin to AI this cow next week and we are trying to finish picking out a bull. Some people say Big John, some say Dakota Gold, and some say Southern Comfort. But we were all actually leaning towards Indian Outlaw. Is he really that consistant? Would he be good for her? Are there any other, better bulls for her? If she throws a bull we most likely show it as a steer and sell it (so we want good steers) but if its aheifer we will probably just sell it because we have enough heifers for a while. What do y'all think? Thanks!

Yeah, I think he will clean them up extremley well plus he is a new sire so your getting all of the new, top genetics.

I thought so, might just use his sire Yellow Jacket on them now but really wanted to try the "colored" new option. Thought he might cross well on them but maybe next year! Indian Outlaw would make for a cool calf out of that cow. We had one on our sale couple years ago. I've been trying to make one like him for awhile now!

Is she clean or dirty? Dirty: Yellow Jacket Clean: Crowd Favorite or Texas Twister. I dont think Indian Outlaw with stouten her up or given her enough bone. I think Southern Comfort will work also. I am breeding a few cows to him in a few weeks and he is available. I got some of him in March. Matt told me that he is ultra deep especially through his flank and Monster boned. Proven cow family behind him too

We chose Sothern Comfort. Thanks for the help! Good luck with the rest of your breeding season.
