Hello!

I have a peach colored SimSolution/Composite Charolais heifer that I am struggling deciding what direction to take when we breed her this summer.

WLE Big Deal son(PB Sim) x WRC Pattern daughter(PB Char)

We raise mainly Simmental but have a few Chars (hence her dam) so I am not opposed to sticking simmy in her I just don't know what...

I have contemplated going lbw clubby...hoping she'll throw some color in there. I have tossed around Char but a 3/4 char isn't practical in my opinion for our setup.

Heifer pics are attached. Needs stoutened up in hip and lower quarter, other than that is a pretty nice female. Late May DOB.

So... thoughts???

It may help if you share what your objective is?  Steer?  Breeding bull?  Show heifer?  Lots of ways to go with this female and most are smarter than me on this topic.

He will add bone, rear quarter, and make a stout hip. But the one I have lacks in the depth department and overall frame size. Not a huge deal just putting it out there for the OP.
