Here is a recipe that my wife uses from a Colorado Cattle Womens cook book that we really like, I will type this in just as it is in the book

Marinade:
1 cup water
1/2 cup liquid smoke
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 T. salt

Sauce:
1 1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup liquid smoke
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce

Marinate brisket in roasting pan at least 8 hours.  Leave in liquid and roast at 325 degrees for 5 hours. slice on diagonal. Cover with sauce and place under broiler until warm and bubbly.

Hope this helps

"Cowboy" had a good recipe he posted on here.

I just put a good rub on it, smoke it at about 200 to 220 for 2 hours with the fat side up, one hour with the fat side down, then rap it in tinfoil and put it in the oven at 210 for 8 hours.

I have 2 in the freezer I was thinking about cooking this weekend.
