Can someone tell me where I can buy Built Right sexed semen?  Thank you.

The female sexed semen says "n/a" on their website.  Is this not available?  Anywhere else?  Thanks.

I think that they have a list and as soon as they get some sexed semen on him they start going down the list to verify that you are still interested in the semen. That is what they have done in the past and that is what they were saying earlier this spring.

I was told earlier in the year that Built Right was scheduled to be back in stud in April and so it may take some time to get the orders filled. I'm on the list supposedly.

Looks like the Built Right sexed will not be available this spring/summer.  The bull left stud to see the ladies  last week, and had a lengthy backorder of sexed semen when he left.

Posters recommended Accelerated Genetics to me last fall.  Said if I wanted female sexed semen on Built Right (SM), to get an order in early and get on their list.

I am pretty frustrated.    I have been on a "so called list" since DECEMBER 2010.  ???  Was promised semen in the spring.  Still waiting.    ))  Also, called the regional rep, said he was going to look into it, did not know if I could get any this spring.  Sort of disregarded my "standing order since December".  Said he would call me back.  Still waiting for the call also.

This would have been my first dealings with Accelerated Genetics.  May be my last!

Nate Ruby has sexed Foreman and sexed Excaliber semen if you want to use baldy bulls that can add thickness and look.

So, if sexed Built Right isn't available, what is the next best option?  Thanks.

Built Right sexed semen never worked for us, and according to some other people on SP, it wasn't an isolated situation.  After using 13 straws, we had 18 unfertilized/0 fertilized eggs on a flush (used 6 straws), and 1 for 5 on AI use (some we used 2 straws on), we got 1 bull calf and no heifers!  We haven't used all the Simmi bulls that have sexed semen available, but from experience I can tell you that In Dew Time does work.  Only caution I'd give you on these young bulls mentioned is that it's a big chance to used the sexed semen until you know what success rate people are having.  So many bulls don't have the fertility level needed to successfully sort the semen and still be good enough when thawed.

For what it's worth, I have one unit of B.R. sexed semen left that I'll gladly give away!
