So 3 people partner on a bull. One has x amount interest and full possession and the other 2 semen interest only. Bull got back to the west coast from Denver last week and one of the partners with semen interest wants to send him to get collected. Partner with possession says no I want to let him rest as he's traveled quite a bit lately. Can the other partner compel him to send the bull to get collected or since he has full possession can he decline?

Is there a written agreement? If so, that governs. Was there an oral agreement? If so, that governs in absence of a written agreement. If no agreements, then what happened last year -- looking at the course of performance by the interest holders. If this is the first year, what is the standard in the industry locally? Collection would have to be at convenience of the owner in possession so he can get his cows bred. If not breeding cows, the bull should be available for collection. How much rest should the bull get before collecting?
