JMO, I don't think he will throw enough power to compete with the clubbies in the steer ring. Better for the heifer and CE part of the equation.

Check out BCII's Next Up Angus bull. He seems to add a lot of muscle and power to shofter made females. We used him on a simmi cow last year and that bull calf was stout and stylish.
I bred and own Slider and appreciate your interest. Slider has worked extremely well on heifers and the quality of offspring have been outstanding. Slider sired 4 National Champions in 2017 in both the Angus ring and the Shorthorn Plus show circuit.
