Hungry Jack's - the Aussie version of Burger King - has just launched an organic beef burger range. I was wondering what people think of this and whether it will actually take off?

This is the link to OBE Organic, who are providing the meat. They're based in the Channel Country of pastoral Australia and have done a tremendous job with their product. The OBE brand was created during some terrible drought years so these producers could claim a premium for their beef. The Channel Country, because of its isolation and mix of apstures, is a perfect setting for an organic enterprise. When it rains, it's positively beautiful.
