I had a cow c-sectioned 2 days ago and the calf was 126 lbs. The question I have is that he was so big in the cow that he couldnt stretch out, he cant stand up the tendons are super tight and when he tries to stand his back feet bend back, so he gets up on the joints, is there something to give that will loosen up the tendons or something that I can do to help this situation out.

You might want to try making a splint for his legs. In the past, we've taken paint sticks and put them on either side of the leg and wrapped it with either vet wrap or an ace bandage to help support the leg. Hope it works out!

I don't know about your area but we are selenium deficient in our area and somtimes that causes calves to buckle on their joints. A shot of injectable selenium might help - maybe ask your vet.
