Calving Ease Simmy

I'm not usually one to ask what I should breed my cows to because that is a challenge I enjoy each year but this spring I am going to be breeding a heifer that I love. Her mother is a PB Angus that we raised thats a freak for an angus and we bred her to Maximus to make what we got, a blaze face heifer. I order my semen in the fall because whatever I want is usually in stock. I would like to breed her simmy as shes papered 25% simmy. I would also like that chance to keep the blaze. I raise clubbies so thats why I am asking a 2nd opinion. I have always liked Step Up daughters and thats who I was thinking about breeding her too. Will it work like I think? she isnt moderate by any means. she has a lot of grow to her. Other options I have looked at is:
The Outsider
Uno Mas
Optimus Prime
Homeboy ( dont know a whole lot about his calves)
Goal is to make another show heifer that comes small at birth. Other Opinions are welcome, but no new bulls and no Grizzly

Grandmaster, better yet sexed Grandmaster.

If you don't mind a half blood, I'm loving the whizard cattle. I have one out of a first calf backlash hfr that's not going anywhere.

I have not used Grandmaster but I am breeding all my commercial Angus cows to him next year. I have seen enough out of him to make me a believer. I haven't seen sexed semen on him since last year.
