Got a lot of pallet rack load beams for free as well as 9ft galvanized pipe for free from a demo project at work.  put it to good use and built some corraling. i bought some additional load beams for $10 each. i don't think they would withstand a determined bull, but they are complete now and work pretty well. seen the cows push on them as i work them through the barn and they have pushed on the fence a couple of times. i made them that tall so in the crowding area, they couldn't really get their noses above the fence unless they really tried. i also put 7 rails closer to the barn instead of 6 further away.  pretty easy to build. i did cut off the little nubs that help the rail ends snap into the vertical pallet racking so it would fit snug around the pipe. probably going to do the same thing in front along road but with only 4 rails and 5 feet high. i have some shelving mesh from the demo as well and will weld that between the lower two rails.
