That Captain calf is pretty stout. The Julie calf is as predictable as always :) I like the Minnie Searle calf too.

I really like how the Timeless calves out of the Prophecy daughters are developing they were all born unassisted and have been growing like weeds since they arrived.  I have attached a pictured of 12Z with her mother 21X :)

I really like her length Mark, would be great to see how she develops and bodies down.  I do know how I'd be breeding her next year if she were mine ;)  <beer>

I've talked a lot about how happy we are with Prophecy and his calves but I thought I should show off Glenford Captain 39X who has some fantastic calves on the ground.  He shares the senior herd sire role with Prophecy and Wentworth this year.  Attached are two pictures of Captain and one of a bull calf sired by him and out of a 3 year old Northern Legend 3N daughter Frimley Wedgewood Clare 2W

This is his dam-who is a FreeForAll out of a An MFS EquityxHuberdalePM Laura daughter of Byland Marjory (Marjory was born 1986,granddam is 11) The calf shown(at 2 months) is her 1st-and was 68 pounds-but hes been growing to the point of maybe a 6-700 pound weaning wt:and if he slows some and starts to look like his mother, hell be a hiefer bull with some thickness. This hiefer started thinning some, and then was wormed enough time after the caf was born-and is coming along as a momma cow. O0

Really impressed with that bull calf 22Z!  Any chance of an updated picture?

I will update a photo soon it wasn't long ago that I took that one.  22Z is a really exciting calf by Diamond Winalot we're super impressed.

Below is Diamond Neva Baroness 67N she was the dam of one of our past senior herdsires Diamond Temperature Rising 28T, as well as many excellent daughters.  She is the grand dam to Diamond Xplosion 23X

Here's another 'wrong' purchase some Hereford guys made last month... they're gonna be ruined...
Top 1% 200 and 400 day weight, top 5% 600 day, carcase weight, eye muscle area, retail beef yield, SB3 carcase index, top 10% heavy domestic index

ETA- Weighed 1100kg at 2 years, with a 142 cm2 eye muscle area, 17mm and 13mm fat on the rump and ribs, and an ADG of 1.49kg/day.
Can't you just hear that money going down the drain?
