CIDR heat question

We pulled cidr's yesterday at 3pm and gave 5ml of lutalyse.  When I checked the heifers at 9am today I was a ttle suprised to find one whose estrodetect patch was already rubbed completely green.  Is it possible she came in heat that fast?  She is a first calf heifer that lost her calf 60 days ago, so we put her in with our open heifers.  I havent observed anything ju  mping her, but they seem to lick her alot. I'm thinking about breeding her this evening and again tomorrow nght just in case.

We typically have one or two that are johnny on the spot.  If she is standing breed her.

If she was colse to heat, the cider only delays it, breed her and go on.

I did go ahead and bred her. Thought the tract had questionable tone.  I did put a new patch on her.  Only time will tell!
