For us I’d have to say Monopoly and most of his sons.

Agreed. I've had several MAB calves & even out of a nutty cow they're tame and fun to work with although some soo tame they're lazy & hard to walk.

50% of birth weight comes from the dam. We had a 110lb Slider heifer out of a Monopoly heifer this spring and an 80lb Monopoly 7 heifer out of a Shorthorn/Maine cow.

I leased Stud Horse, an Italian Stallion x WMW/Ali son, last summer, and I could not be more pleased with the overall consistency and look of his calves.  Each has a pleasant disposition; weights ranged from 75 to 83 pounds.  They were vigorous at birth and began nursing quickly.  Dams are purebred Maine-Anjou or Maine influenced.
